Notable gains on some crops. Peas +.35-.80/bu (Greens jump most). SRL hit .26/lb. Durum up to $8.25/bu. Wheat basis improves (mainly CPSR). Feed slips & malt +.15/bu. Quality spreads starting to show in grain prices. Tables are down for repairs. No link this week!

Nov -.13@12.96 (-1%) Big setback today after market became very overbought. Futures can pullback to first support at $12.57-12.71/bu & still be in good shape. No official sell signal on chart today so will see if this is just profit taking then back up to $13.50+.

Dec -.06@5.30 (-1%) Futures had bullish initial reaction to USDA but unable to hold strength into close. Somewhat a V-top but no official sell signal on chart. First support is gap at $5.10/bu. Holding that keeps short term target $5.50/bu & possibly higher.

Min NC@7.45 Kan -.04@7.98 (-.5%) Chi-.09@7.25 Futures continue to pullback short-term. Still above moving avg trendline, but need to hold $7.20/bu Min, $7.50/bu Kan & $6.87/bu Chi to keep trend in good shape. Wait for re-test of last highs before adding more sales.

Dec +.11@3.79 (+3%) Futures able to hold strength into end of week, unlike other grains. Still waiting for market to test & possibly break above $3.85/bu to extend the uptrend by .30-.40/bu. Also watching for any sell signals to help make decisions on next cash sale

Nov+.21@13.09(+1.6%) Futures back & forth along the $13/bu resistance this week leading up to USDA report next week. Market is overbought after a $1.30/bu run. So maybe see a pullback into USDA, hold support, then back up to retest $13/bu & possibly hit $13.50-14/bu.
Weekly Oats Summary
Dec -.06@3.68 (-1.6%) Futures pulled back after testing near contract highs early in week. Now holding around $3.60-3.65/bu support which is important to avoid further weakness. Cash still holding in same range and out upside forecast stays at .30-50/bu best case.
Weekly Corn Summary
Dec NC@5.36 Interesting pattern this week with open & close the same. To me its a sign that the market is showing some indecision heading into next weeks USDA report. As long as $5/bu holds as support, there is room to retest $5.50/bu & maybe reach $6/bu or better.
Weekly Canola Summary
Nov -1.20@822.50 Market back & forth in resistance range from $820-840/T. Still within a few bucks of the short-term sell area at $825/T. Cover your harvest movement in case of temporary slide to $750-780/T. Bullish outlook still says chance for $900-1000/T+ after.
