Pressure through the week, but cattle seem to have found some support along the moving avg lines, ending week with a gap up & some strength. June Live resistance is $2.48- 2.51/lb. Aug Feeder resistance is $3.70- 3.78/lb. Need to get past high end of ranges to extend uptrend further.

July+.06@4.63 (+1.3%) Small gain this week. Futures moving into overbought territory, so need to watch closely for any short- term sell signals. A move past $4.66/bu can confirm retest of $4.85-5/bu. We will likely rec a sale if a reversal happens in this range too.

July+30.20@742.20 (+4%) Solid week of upside puts futures within striking distance of first resistance target at $750/T on July (possibly $767/T as well) and $747/T on Nov futures. We are watching for reversals between here & those higher levels for the next rec.

A few changes to discuss this month: 👉Canola stocks -27% MoM due to more exports & strong crush. Good info. 👉Oat stocks up 20-30% due to slow exports. Not helpful. 👉Small drop in durum, pea, lentil stocks helps a bit. 👉Flax stocks -5% but still sit near high end.

⚡Another good day for Canola. July got above moving avg lines & next area to test is ~$750/T. Bean oil hit new contract high. A good sign for veg oils. Canola doing same is July above $767/T & Nov above $747/T. Market coming out of oversold nicely. Will keep watching for sell signals.

⚡US Crop progress cut 4% of good condition HRW this week. Now only 30% good (near historical low) Recent freeze did some damage. Should support price along with renewed concern in US/Iran & other regional issues. Watching for ~.30-.50/bu gain or big reversal on Min/Kan for next sale.

⚡July Canola holding above $710/T support keeps chance to see $750/T+. Getting past small resistance at $730/T would give more confirmation for ~$20-30/T upside. Similar on Nov futures. Oversold & trying to turn higher after testing support. Also watching for any weekly chart signals.
