Nice recovery on Cattle this week after the big sell-off reaction Friday. Apr Live moving up to resistance at $2.39/lb. A move above that would confirm back up to $2.45/lb+. Similar for March Feeders. Trying to hit $3.65/lb & a break thru would point to a gap fill around $3.75/lb.

 

Weekly Wheat Summary 
Min +.10@5.75 (+2%) Kan+.13@5.40 Chi+.11@5.29 Futures moving a bit in our favor to end week. Still some work to do to break out of sideways pattern. A move past $5.90/bu Min & $5.50/bu Kan would confirm the next leg higher. We are watching for sell signals as well

 

Weekly Canola Summary 
Mar+12.30@651.80 (not settled yet) Futures remain strong this week. Back to short-term target area $650-654/T today. Next stop is up at $670/T on Mar, $680-685/T on May/ July, and $675/T on Nov. Those are the resistance levels to break through & get bullish again!

 

Weekly Oats Summary 
Mar -.05@2.97 (-1.7%) Futures continue to trade mid-range with support at $2.75/bu & resistance around $3.12/bu. Need to break above range to confirm any further strength. A 50% retracement would put market back to $3.32/bu roughly. Need corn to push higher to help!

 

Weekly Soy Summary 
Mar +.10@10.67 (+1%) Futures found support above $10.30/bu & now sit near the next resistance $10.70/bu after two weeks of recovery. Ideally see a break past $10.80 and a run up to the 50% retracement $11/bu for next sale. Will keep you posted about any reversals! 

 

Weekly Corn Summary 
Mar +.06@4.30 (+1.4%) Corn finding some support above $4.10/bu & trying to turn back up after getting over sold. First resistance is the old trendline low at $4.35/bu, then up the troubling target area of $4.56/bu. Prices have failed at that level 4 times since Oct.
